("CHC") , a strategic solutions and professional services company, today announced that it has been awarded a contract to provide UCCnet services implementation support to Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ACKHQ). Armstrong, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of floors, ceilings and cabinets, has selected CHC's Xpress Enabler for SAP, which is part of CHC's Xpress(TM) suite of software and services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

CHC's Xpress suite of software and services, acquired from Commerce One in September 2003, is designed to help trading partners synchronize product data using the UCCnet GLOBALregistry(R) service, a directory of product and company data used to help companies dramatically improve supply chain efficiency.
