But staying ahead of the constant changes and upgrades in technology can be costly and many owners are reluctant to dedicate the amount of time and resources necessary to make the transition to fully automate their business. To find out, DHI contacted Mulhaupt's, Inc. Mulhaupt's recently purchased Access I.T.'s software package Contract Distribution[R] for Microsoft Navision in an effort to help increase the company's efficiency. We wanted to see if the software had lived up to its promises, so we talked to Kenneth Smith, the General Manager, and Mary Tyson, a Project Manager and active end-user. Here's what they had to say.
