Pleasant Hill resident Ann Wood has one of her favorite recipes in the `30 Minutes to Mealtime" section of "2005 Quick Cooking Annual Recipes" published by Taste of Home Books in Greendale, Wis.

Wood's recipe for Au Gratin Turkey Skillet uses leftover turkey and packaged au gratin potatoes for a quick entree:

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup milk
