MESA, Ariz. -Even though job titles have flip-flopped, Cubs manager Dusty Baker says not all that much is different about the Cubs' approach to hitting.

Last fall, the Cubs made first-base coach Gene Clines the hitting coach, a job he held previously with the San Francisco Giants. They moved Gary "Sarge" Matthews from hitting coach to the first-base coaching box.
