New investor, QuestMark Partners, led the oversubscribed round with participation from all of MessageOne's existing venture investors including RRE Ventures, Impact Venture Partners and StarVest Partners.

MessageOne, already on track to achieve profitability with existing funds prior to this latest investment round, will use the new financing to further its lead in the growing business continuity market by launching new products, expanding its sales and marketing operations, as well as pursuing strategic acquisitions.
