Patricia Jensen

The Mass of the Resurrection will be held Feb. 28 for Patricia L. Jensen of Eugene, who died Feb. 24 of complications of Marfan syndrome. She was 64.

Jensen was born July 26, 1940, in Utica, Mich., to Mark and Mary Whittey Maurice. She graduated from St. Lawrence High School in 1958.

She married Loy D. Black on Jan. 6, 1967. She later married Jay J. Jensen on Oct. 3, 1986.

Jensen worked as a waitress and restaurant manager. She enjoyed bingo. Jensen sang in the choir at St. Mark's Catholic Church and became a eucharistic minister at the church.

She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary No. 275 and served as a past president.

Survivors include her second husband; a daughter, Dawn Walker of Las Vegas, Nev.; stepson Gregory Jensen of Eugene; a stepdaughter, Deborah McDowell of Eugene; three sisters, Deloris Fraley of St. Clair, Mich., Josephine Maurice of Phoenix, and Paulette Fischer of Garden City, Mich.; and eight grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mark's Catholic Church, 1736 Echo Hollow Road in Eugene.
