London - Cincom Systems has announced today the UK launch of its proven customer relationship management (CRM) software, Synchrony.

Synchrony is one of a handful of solutions to offer flexible ownership options: users can switch from a hosted and managed solution (Synchrony On-Demand) to an in-house, licensed version (Synchrony Enterprise) with minimal risk. This flexible implementation model allows an organisation to decide when, where and how it utilises Synchrony. By beginning with the On-Demand option they can quickly achieve ROI. For many companies, this is sufficient for their needs and will be a very effective solution. However, companies which then decide that the Enterprise option is the best long-term solution (perhaps due to company growth), can easily switch. Initial start-up fees are minimal and Synchrony pricing is by seat, providing complete transparency into billing.
