For this issue, which comes out in the Winter and after the holidays, we asked for your advice on how to maintain your energy for this work. Or in other words, how to avoid burn out. There was alot of good advice, the most consistent idea being the need to take care of yourself first. Thank you to everyone who submitted their insights and advice for this issue. We look forward to reading your wise words again.

I have found changing my classes around by adding, subtracting, changing how I teach it always makes things feel fresh. Plus, a big whopping serving of humor makes it too much fun not to continue.
