All right, since the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has apparently lost its mind in not nominating Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ" and Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 911' for Best Picture of 2004, we here at The Register-Guard have decided to shine a bright light on some other 2004 films the Academy snubbed this year, whether for political or religious reasons, or discrimination based on colors, numbers, people, places or things in their titles.

Where is "Seed of Chucky?" Where's "Harry Potter" and those crazy...
