CARLISLE, Pa., Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Pennsylvania Governor Edward G. Rendell today presented $1 million in Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) funds to the Cumberland County Redevelopment Authority to assist in the redevelopment of the Business Central facility and $35,000 in Main Street funds for Carlisle Theatre facade upgrades. Both projects are vital components of a Community Action Team (CAT) project that is focusing revitalization efforts in downtown Carlisle.
