UO finally lands tight end

Seemingly every team in the conference has already secured a tight end prospect, and nearly all of them were also considering Oregon before committing elsewhere. But this week, Levi Horn of Spokane told the Ducks he will sign with them next Wednesday, according to Rivals.com.

Horn is 6-feet-7 and 260 pounds, and was being recruited as an offensive lineman by Idaho. But the Ducks want him as a tight end, he told Rivals.com.

"Oregon recruited me as a tight end, while Idaho did not," Horn said. "And Oregon is in the Pac-10. I grew up watching the Pac-10, and now I'm excited to be in it."

Horn racked up 850 receiving yards and six touchdowns as a senior for a team that finished just 1-8.
