HILLSBORO - Fairfax High School of Los Angeles had 10 blocked shots as it defeated South Eugene 65-56 in the consolation final of the Les Schwab Invitational prep boys basketball tournament Thursday.

Chase Stanback and Jamal Boykin had 14 points apiece and Jerren Shipp, brother of UCLA's Josh Shipp, added 13 to lead the Lions. Fairfax outscored the Axemen by 10 points at the free-throw line.

Matt Bramow and J.R. Morgan led South Eugene with 17 points apiece.
