Disgruntled employees often find it easy to attack employers when proper policies and procedures are not followed. Create A Flexible Discipline Policy
Discipline policies vary greatly from business to business. Some employers create detailed progressive discipline policies listing each possible employee violation and identifying associated disciplinary measures, such as verbal or written warnings, probation, suspension, counseling, demotion or termination.
