Local businesses surrounding and including Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus have voted by 70.73 per cent in favour of establishing the Heart of London business improvement district (BID). The results of the postal ballot were announced today by Peter Rogers, Chief Executive of Westminster City Council, with the Heart of London BID to begin on 14th February 2005.
