MELBOURNE, Australia -- Forms Processing Solution to Eliminate Manual Processes, Decrease Costs and Increase Contract Renewals

Captiva Software Corporation (NASDAQ:CPTV), a leading provider of input management solutions, today announced that Sensis, a subsidiary of Telstra Corporation Ltd., Australia's largest telecommunications company, has selected FormWare(R), Captiva's award-winning forms processing solution, to process its Yellow Pages(R) customer contracts. The company plans to utilize FormWare in a remote scanning and centralized processing environment, with the first phase of live production to begin January of 2005.

FormWare will replace the manual input and archival method previously utilized by Sensis to process customer contracts. The manual process was slow and could lead to inefficiencies in the retrieval of contract documents, as well as security...
