SEOUL, Nov 29 Asia Pulse - South Korean stocks finished higher Monday as POSCO and other steel shares led gains on hopes they will benefit from the recent weakness of the U.S. dollar.

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) rose 7.28 points, or 0.84 percent, to end at 865.40, and the tech-rich KOSDAQ index went up 0.72 point, or 0.19 percent, to 370.26.
