In assessing the regular season, College of Lake County baseball coach Gene Hanson has no complaints.

The Lancers compiled a 46-10 record and captured the Skyway Conference championship.

"It's been a remarkable year," Hanson said. "Everybody on the pitching staff had at least 2 wins; we had (all) the guys come up with key hits. Everything fell into place."

The Lancers hope the postseason goes as well.

CLC plays host to a three-team double-elimination sectional tournament...
