IRVING, Texas, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Novation, the supply company of VHA Inc. and the University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC), has signed a dual- source agreement with Albahealth(R) and Principle Business Enterprises (PBE) for NOVAPLUS(R) patient footwear. The agreement takes effect on Dec. 1, 2003, and runs through Nov. 30, 2006. The agreement was signed based on the results of Novation's public competitive bid process and input from the Novation Nursing Council and the Novation clinical solutions team, which include clinicians and purchasing executives from member hospitals.
