Impeach 9th Circuit judges

Are you fed up with the idiotic rulings of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals? Thank God 11 judges had enough common sense to overturn the initial ruling on the California recall by judges Harry Pregerson, Sidney Thomas and Richard Paez. Those three radical renegades from common sense attempted to curtail your right to vote.

They and the ACLU (all-communist line up) continually chip away, erode and subvert the United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights and states' rights. These renegade, nonsensical, anti-constitutional judges must be removed from office.

This idiotic decision is indicative of their overall anti-constitutional viewpoints. In June 2002, judges Alfred Goodwin, Stephan Reinhardt and Ferdinand Fernandez handed down the ridiculous decision concerning the Pledge of Allegiance. Remember that? These six judges must be removed in order to protect our rights as well as the Constitution.

Article 3 of the U.S. Constitution sets out powers of the judiciary. Congress has the power to establish these courts. The House of Representatives has the power to investigate and impeach any federal judges. Courts can be dissolved by Congress. I strongly urge people to demand that their representatives in Congress do their sworn duty to uphold the Constitution by impeaching these judges.
