The Oregon women's basketball program long has been wired to the world, with athletes from Germany and Canada playing major roles for the Ducks since the late 1970s.

But in 1994, Oregon went Down Under, plugging itself into Australia.

Sally Crowe was the first Aussie to wear the Duck uniform, and despite playing just one season ranks second on the UO single-season free-throw percentage list and is ninth in steals for one season.
