GARLAND, Texas - The Oregon Reign scored a total of 12 runs to win both of its games in pool play Tuesday and win the pool at the ASA softball 18-and-under national tournament.

The Reign will begin bracket play today at 8 p.m.

Alicia Cook and Caley Peterson combined on a six-inning perfect game to win the first game, 8-0 over the Oklahoma Image.

REGIONAL ROUNDUP

Cook pitched the first four innings, striking out six. Peterson added one strikeout.

Shannon Stacy went 4-for-4 with an RBI and Jamee Rauch went 3-for-3 for the Reign, who are based in Eugene. Stephanie Bour added two hits and two RBIs.

In the second game, Christina Cooke pitched all seven innings, striking out 10 while allowing just three hits and one walk, in the Reign's 4-0 victory over the Kentucky Lady...
