METLIFE TO SET UP JV WITH BEIJING CAPITAL AIRPORT GROUP

BEIJING - MetLife, the largest life insurance company in the United States, said it would establish its first company in China, a joint venture with Beijing Capital Airport Group. The new company, Sino-US MetLife, will have its headquarters in Beijing and provide life insurance services in China. The cooperation contract between MetLife and the Capital Airport Group has been proposed to the China Insurance Regulatory Commission and relevant government departments for approval.
