WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- ICBA Credit Life Reinsurance Company Ltd., a wholly owned service company of the Independent Community Bankers of America, today declared its first dividend in the company's history. The dividend represents 29 percent of ICBA Credit Life's earned surplus and will be distributed to its shareholders that posted positive underwriting experience. Over two-thirds of the program's community bank participants have qualified to receive a dividend.
