Taylor Inc.*, Lexington Park, Md.; L-3 Communications Corp., Link Simulation and Training Division, Arlington, Texas; NLX Corp., Sterling, Va.; Northrop Grumman Information Technology, Defense Enterprise Solutions, McLean, Va.; Science Applications International Corp., Orlando, Fla.; and Symvionics Inc.*, Arcadia, Calif., are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract for Lot I of the support effort for the training needs of the Naval Air Systems Command, which consists of the full range of training system design, development, production, test and evaluation, modification and support. The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., and Lockheed Martin Information Systems, Orlando, Fla., are being issued modifications to previously issued IDIQ contracts (N61339-03-D-5014 and N61339-03-D-5018, respectively). The contracts or modifications being awarded to these 13 companies are under this multiple award; the 13 contractors will be provided a fair opportunity to compete for individual task orders under this Lot 1 level of effort....
