Where are jobs for dental hygienists?

In regard to the "shortage" of dental hygienists in the Lake County area, several area dentists have said there are plenty of positions available for hygienists. Where are these jobs? Are they advertised in the newspapers? Are they in Lake County? Are they full time or just two Saturdays a month? It is difficult to pay your bills working two Saturdays a month.
