Bodybuilders, power lifters and arm wrestlers of all shapes, builds and genders will compete starting today at Bench America's 2 Extreme Fitness Weekend at the Odeum in Villa Park.

"It's an entire weekend of extreme fitness," Bench America founder and Elgin native Joe Mukite said.
