Joseph A. Truex was named Executive Chef at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort, announced Henk (spelled correctly) Evers, President & CEO of Chateau Elan Hotels & Resorts. "Chef Truex will oversee a culinary team of 65, the creation of menus and operations at the resort's eight restaurants, as well as the large banquet and catering service associated with Chateau Elan's 25,000 square feet of conference and meeting facilities," said Evers.
