Article Excerpt Wage-hour litigation continues to plague California employers. Each year, hundreds of cases are filed, and it is not unusual for verdicts or settlements in class action cases to be many millions of dollars.
Despite this disturbing trend, many companies still have misclassification problems, or have policies that may violate other aspects of the wage-hour laws.
