A new leader has taken reign yet again at Enchanted Castle in Lombard.

This time, though, the owner is hoping to be the ever-lasting ruler of this family entertainment kingdom.

Five owners have had control over the entertainment center at 1103 Main St., which will be celebrating its 20th anniversary in November.

"Now it's taken ownership for the sixth and last time," said Gene Krupa, director of marketing for Trails Entertainment Centers, which acquired Enchanted Castle in January 2002.

Since that time, the new owners, under president Richard Oltmann, have been working to upgrade the features that have deteriorated over the years, Krupa said.
