Worldwide revenue in the first quar ter of 2004 grew 37% to $23.5 million compared to $17.2 million in the first quarter of 2003. The Company reported a net loss of $1.4 million or $0.10 per share for the quarter compared to a net loss of $2.6 million or $0.18 per share in the first quarter of 2003. As of March 31, 2004, cash, cash equivalents and investments grew to $64.1 million.

The Company generated cash from operations of $2.8 million.
