Pardee Homes' designation as "America's Best Builder" means outstanding homebuilding performance that benefits Pardee buyers in many ways, according to Joyce Mason, Pardee vice president of marketing. "Design, construction and customer service were key to our America's Best Builder honor," she said. "We have found that these are also the elements that mean the most to new homebuyers--before, during and after purchase."
Pardee is one of only four home building companies nationwide earn America's Best Builder honor, with winners chosen from categories based on closing volume. Pardee's category was for builders closing sales annually on more than 500 homes.
BUILDER, the leading magazine for the residential building industry, sponsored the program. "Most builders excel in one discipline--be it customer service, great product design, construction know-how, or financial planning," said Boyce Thompsen, BUILDER editor-in-chief. "Pardee does it all; that takes incredible energy and focus."
