The drive lasted all of three plays, and for a change, that wasn't good for the defense.

Oregon senior tailback Kenny Washington broke through the right side of the line and weaved his way for a 46-yard gain. Two plays later, reserve quarterback Dennis Dixon dashed 28 yards up the middle for a touchdown to finish the 75-yard drive.

For the Oregon offense, that was easily the best of it Saturday as the Ducks ran off some 85 plays in a 90-minute scrimmage in Autzen Stadium, the closest thing they've staged so far to a rehearsal for the season opener Sept. 11 against Indiana.
