It may buck conventional water-cooler wisdom, but sometimes change is good.

That seems to be the case in Indiana, where leaders are calling for a transformation that would make the state's future a little brighter.

"We have to figure out how to get in step, how to keep pace with the speed and scope of change," said Scott Massey, president and CEO of the Indiana Humanities Council.

This "urgency of change" is the theme of this week's Indiana Leadership Summit, organized by the Indiana Humanities Council and supported by a host of sponsors.
