Article Excerpt BILOXI -- Richard Marksbury, dean of Tulane University that now has a branch in Biloxi, has developed a number of programs over the past 23 years designed to meet the needs of adult working students and the business community. But he has never seen the kind of response that was generated when Tulane University announced it would offer a casino management course in Biloxi this summer.
"I have never experienced anything with such quick demand," Marksbury said. "I think we have hit the pulse of something that has been needed for a long time. We have had calls not just from the Mississippi Coast, but from Vicksburg, Memphis, Tunica, Baton Rouge and Shreveport. People wanted to know not just about this course, but what we plan next.
