HATTIESBURG -- If you haven't looked in on the University of Southern Mississippi's (USM's) Construction Engineering Technology (GET) program lately, you may be surprised.

Not only does the program have a new coordinator, but the curriculum is being revamped and new faculty are being added, all designed to ensure its graduates have the skills necessary to meet builders' needs.

And according to Desmond Fletcher, associate professor in USM's School of Engineering Technology and coordinator of the GET program, the changes won't stop there.
