Clothing makers, media outlets, utility companies, former shoppers and many other creditors of Troutman's Emporium would get 60 cents on every dollar and most likely much more from the defunct department store, under a plan filed with U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Eugene.

The payout, which must be approved by Emporium creditors and U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Albert Radcliffe, is based on how much Emporium has raised from selling assets during the past six months and how much it owes unsecured creditors.
