At the April 28 Bellingham City Council meeting, all Bellingham Bells owner Tony Larson wanted was to be heard.

"We were there to ask for two things: that they postpone a vote on the interlocal agreement between the county and the city, and they give us the opportunity to make a presentation," Larson said.
