FLINT, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 27, 2003

PHNS did its part to reduce rising healthcare costs as the company completed issuance of $5.7 million in annual operating cost savings to its healthcare provider outsourcing partners. McLaren Health Care Corporation, PHNS' first healthcare partner that operates five hospitals as a part of a 100 care site system in central Michigan, received a check for $2.6 million.
