Thrilling as it is, the Bulls' quest for 30 victories doesn't signal the end of their big dig out of rebuilding oblivion.

Armed with a lottery pick, the midlevel exception (about $4.5 million) to spend on free agents and a deep roster that could be conducive to trades, Bulls general manager Jerry Krause will set out to tweak the team into a playoff contender this summer.

Let's consider some of the Bulls' options. Keep in mind, this is written under the assumption that the Bulls are the envy of the Eastern Conference with Tyson Chandler and Eddy Curry stationed inside for roughly the next 15 years.

So I won't insult anyone's intelligence by suggesting the Bulls swap Curry for an underachieving power forward and journeyman center.
