Q. Should Hoffman Estates create a town center/square? If so, where should it be located? What type of things should it include?

Rodney Rusakiewicz: In the traditional sense of a town center or square, my answer would be, yes. But unfortunately, our village boundaries and configuration do not easily adapt to any specific area that could be identified as central to all our residents.
