Those who fondly recall Mary Martin's flying act in Peter Pan will not want to miss the wine angel at a soon-to-open restaurant in the Gaslamp Quarter.

A primary feature of Osetra, The Fish House, slated to open in July in a three-story, historic building undergoing renovation at Fifth Avenue and E Street, will be a 20-foot tower filled with thousands of bottles of wine.
