The European Union will soon add at least 10 new members in Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, the Slovak Republic and Slovenia. Until now, these countries have been seen by many as 'not properly Europe'. The difficulties of trading with non-EU countries have put many Web companies off the idea. Even analyst companies often lump the whole area into one 'Eastern Europe' number. But with accession, there will no longer be a valid excuse to ignore these markets and their online populations.
