Hoffman Estates' Prairie Stone Sports & Wellness Center users might soon be able to swipe their fitness IDs for a bottled water.

Dogs in town might get their own fenced park at Willow Recreation Center.

And Poplar Creek Country Club golfers might get e-mail reminders and directions for their tee times.

All this is part of an ambitious five-year comprehensive plan for the Hoffman Estates Park District. The plan includes an updated mission statement to focus on elevating park facilities, programs, parks and services to a "first class" status.
