- Michael S. Wasowicz, 18, 22 N. Pistakee Lake Road, No. 1D, Fox Lake, was arrested Feb. 5 on the first block of E. Grand Avenue and charged with resisting a peace officer and obstructing a peace officer after refusing to answer questions and struggling with officers when they arrested him, police said. Police were talking to witnesses regarding a domestic problem when Wasowicz approached, police said. He was released on his own recognizance and given a February court date, police said.
