JACKSON -- Over the past 20 years Liz Cleveland doesn't remember anyone over the U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service ever paying a visit to the State of Mississippi -- until now.

On the evening of Feb. 10 Maria Cino, assistant secretary and director general of the U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service at the U.S. Department of Commerce, will arrive in Jackson. She'll only be staying until the afternoon of the 11th but she'll have a very full schedule while she's here, say state and federal officials
