When Kimberly S. Greer started her law career at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, she never thought of being part of any firm's management.

"As a first-year law attorney, I was so focused unjust being successful in my day-to-day work, it's not something that was really on my radar screen initially," said the University of Michigan Law School graduate. "It seemed that management were people who had been practicing for many, many years."
