Pulte Homes is creating a new division structure to fuel its significant expansion in Southern California. Joining the existing divisions of Orange County/South Riverside and North Inland Empire are new divisions in North Los Angeles/Ventura and San Diego. Combined, these four divisions offer 25 new home neighborhoods throughout the Southland.
The new division alignment is expected to help Pulte Homes better focus its resources on specific land acquisition, entitlement and sales opportunities within those set geographic boundaries. For example, a single vice president will handle land acquisition for both Pulte Homes' "traditional" homebuilding and Del Webb developments within each division. In the past, those functions were overseen by separate individuals, sometimes reporting to a different division president. Del Webb is a brand of Pulte Homes, Inc.
