FREDDIE MAC, HUD, WELLS FARGO HOME Mortgage, the City of San Diego, the San Diego Metropolitan Area Advisory Committee (MAAC) and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) announced the formation of Dueno De Mi Comunidad, a new local initiative to help low- and moderate-income families buy rehabilitated and newly constructed homes in San Diego's Logan area and in National City.

The initiative is expected to help hundreds of new homeowners by introducing several innovative affordable mortgage products, conducting special outreach in the Hispanic community, stimulating the construction of new homes, rehabilitating existing properties...
