In an effort to provide more people the opportunity to participate in mobile workshops, Congress of Cities attendees will be able to register in advance for the workshops to take place during the conference in Salt Lake City December 3-7, 2002.

Conference attendees are encouraged to register for the workshops, which will feature topics ranging from leveraging opportunities for economic development to managing future growth while maintaining open space and preserving community character. Workshop tours will include the quaint mountain town of Park City, home of several 2002 Olympic venues.
