ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 18, 2002

Performance Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: PTIX) today announced that ADLINK Technology Inc., a global provider of Broadband communication and networking solution platforms, has signed an extensive volume sales agreement to integrate products from the Performance Technologies PICMG(R) 2.16-based IPnexus(TM) family into its next-generation CompactPCI(R)/IP telephony platforms. Through the agreement ADLINK becomes an important technology partner of Performance Technologies'.

ADLINK, with presence in the United States and Asia, will use Performance Technologies' CPC440X Ethernet switching family and CPC388 and CPC396 communications interfaces to assemble an open architecture building block platform, upon which equipment manufacturers and systems...
